About the B2B Team:

Our B2B team is dedicated to developing and growing Joko's merchant network and available offers. We're divided into three business lines: Online, Card-Linked, and Gift Cards.

The Online Team:

As an Account Manager in the Online team, you'll be responsible for growing and managing our portfolio of e-commerce partners. You'll work directly with e-merchants or through our relationship with affiliate marketing platforms.

The Card-Linked Team:

Our Sales team is in charge of signing Enterprise deals with top-tier retailers with physical stores. Account Managers in this team are responsible for growing long-lasting partnerships.

The Gift Cards Team:

Account Managers in the Gift Cards team grow and manage the portfolio of brands and retailers through relations with providers and direct relationships with merchants.

Your Role as Account Management Lead (Online):

As the Account Management Lead (Online), you'll play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our Online Business. You'll lead a team of Account Managers to enhance our e-commerce portfolio, develop new business opportunities, and manage key projects that support our strategic objectives.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Team leadership: Hire, train, and manage a high-performing team of Account Managers.
  • Business strategy: Develop strategies to optimize Online Business alignment with company goals and oversee a diverse portfolio of 3,000+ Online partners.
  • Commercial: Negotiate competitive deals and special offers with brand partners. Leverage Joko's features like BNPL and coupons to create new business opportunities.
  • Performance tracking: Collaborate with Marketing and Data teams to monitor partnership performance. Analyze banking and browsing data to identify market trends.
  • Relationship management: Build strong relationships with partners through regular events and meetings. Support international expansion, starting with the US using French partnerships.

Your Contributions to Online Business Growth:

  • Work with the Product and Bizops teams to improve processes and build solid foundations to scale our department at Joko, in France, and abroad.
  • Contribute to the design of the commercial and onboarding strategy.
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to establish a robust communication roadmap to effectively reach our users with our top brands.
