Je ne trouve pas la question très intéressante. Si le développeur doit maintenant connaître toutes les libraires existantes du PHP, ça fait trop de choses inutiles à mémoriser. Privilégier plutôt sa faculté d'analyse, de recherche

Il est impossible de connaitre tous les outils d'analyse statique, surtout s'ils sont payant. Si l'outil est moins accessible, il est plus difficile de le rencontrer
