Responsibilities:

• Develop tailored communication plans for enterprise customers.
• Attend meetings to track issues, understand use cases, and document reports.
• Summarize meetings and provide follow-ups.
• Share technical insights with the product team.
• Craft personalized email communication.
• Manage and enrich the CRM system.

Qualifications:

• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Solid organization and project management skills.
• Familiarity with data visualization or analytics tools (bonus for Metabase experience).

Nice to Have:

• Experience with open-source products.
• Fluency in multiple languages.
