About the role:
We're seeking a Spanish Speaker Solution Engineer to join our dynamic team in Paris! 🇫🇷🇪🇸 As part of our Delivery team, you'll play a crucial role in designing and implementing tailored technical solutions for our clients, collaborating closely with Engineering, Technology, and Product teams. 🤝💻

Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute software application deployments, including design, data schema modeling, process workflow development, and execution.
• Collaborate with development and product teams to assess technical feasibility and propose solutions that meet complex client requirements.
• Document technical diagrams and software solution designs in a user-friendly and clear format.
• Develop APIs, manage and execute data migration, and perform software configuration activities.
• Support the solution testing period, ensuring it adheres to client requirements from a technical perspective.
• Act as a bridge between business, technical teams, and customers, understanding client needs and providing tailored technical solutions.
• Partner with technical project managers to conduct in-depth client discovery calls, identifying pain points and opportunities for process improvement.

Stakeholder Management:

• Manage client relationships from C-suite to daily users, working collaboratively with them.
• Manage differing perspectives and requirements among stakeholders, working towards mutually beneficial solutions.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure stakeholder needs are integrated into project planning and execution.
• Support the Sales team with technical-related queries for prospective clients.
• Contribute to the development of technology processes and internal frameworks.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in a client-facing technical role, with demonstrable experience in software and data engineering fields.
• Flawless fluency in English and Spanish.
• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
• High ability to understand business processes and translate them into technology development deliverables for effective client IT delivery plan management.
• Strong communication skills for engaging effectively with internal and external audiences, including large clients and senior executives.
• Extensive experience managing SaaS-based projects, including software integration and development, with a strong grasp of relevant software development methodologies, technologies, and application software engineering concepts.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment, presenting client technical proposals through corporate presentations, and striving for excellence.

Bonus skills:

• Understanding of AI and ML algorithms, including their applications and limitations.
• Knowledge of the insurance industry.
• Proficiency in additional languages such as French, Chinese, or Thai.
