Veepee|ad, a leading Retail Media player in Europe, leverages Veepee's powerful data and unique traffic to offer brands full-funnel solutions:
Our on-site solutions: Display Retail, Search Retail, and Social Retail, enable brands to connect with millions of daily Veepee users through exclusive and personalized activations.
Our off-site solutions: Adot, relies on the reliability of Veepee data and other data sources to reach affinity audiences on premium publishers, addressing all marketing objectives (branding, performance, drive to web, drive to store).
Finally, our Studio and Insights teams support brands in creating innovative advertising experiences and understanding their audiences and markets.
🎯 Missions 🎯
- You will drive the product vision and strategy in collaboration with business teams.
- You will be responsible for gathering needs from our end-users, media traders, customer success managers, and Data Insight teams, to work together on our campaign management tools (Campaigns Manager, Segment Explorer, and Media Tools) and real-time oriented tools (Bidder, Regulator, and Tracker).
- You will be the primary point of contact for development teams regarding all requests related to product improvements. Additionally, you will facilitate collaborative workshops with our users to fully understand their needs and co-create innovative solutions in synergy with our engineers and UX/UI designers.
- You will translate these needs into user stories, prioritize them, and organize the roadmap with the development teams.
- You will ensure the coherence of development schedules by preparing and coordinating sprints for different teams, with the support of lead developers.
- You will organize and facilitate team rituals: daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, etc.
- You will communicate on roadmap progress and our achievements: newsletters, demos, product boards…
- You will be proactive in suggesting improvements to our agile processes and rituals.
👉 Prerequisites 👈
- You have over 5 years of experience in product management, in the advertising domain (advertising agency, programmatic advertising, or adtech in general) or e-commerce.
- You demonstrate excellent listening skills with our stakeholders, with a strong business and user orientation.
- You are proficient with backlog/ticketing management tools, roadmap tools, and documentation tools, ideally the Atlassian/Jira suite.
- You have prior experience working in an agile environment.
- You have a culture of measurement and propose success KPIs for the team's developments.
- You are fluent in French and English.
