🛠 Meet the Team

The product team is a vibrant group of 10 individuals, split between our Paris and Nantes offices. We have 5 Product Managers, 4 Designers, and 1 Data Analyst. You'll be an integral part of this team, working hand-in-hand with our tech team, which comprises over 20 passionate people spread across Paris, Nantes, and various remote locations.

Our core product, Dashdoc, is structured into three key components:

• The API
• The Web applications
• The Mobile app (tailored for truckers)

Frontend & Mobile: React (with Storybook, design system, TypeScript), Tailwind, React Query, React Native

🚀 Your Mission

We are seeking an Experienced Product Designer to join our team. Your role will be crucial in creating impactful, user-friendly solutions that significantly improve the daily operations of hundreds of transport and logistics companies.

In this exciting position, you will have the opportunity to:

• Design Amazing Products: Take ownership of the entire design process, from initial concept to final implementation. You will craft meaningful, user-centered solutions and play a key role in shaping Dashdoc's design system, ensuring its scalability and consistency.

• Collaborate and Make Things Happen: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders. We utilize the Shape Up methodology to maintain organization and provide a clear path for execution.

• Adapt Designs for Diverse Users: Develop a deep understanding of the needs of various personas and markets. You will tailor your work to resonate globally while also respecting local nuances. You'll be joining a talented design team led by Gontran, our Lead Product Designer, who brings a wealth of expertise in psychology and ergonomics.
