Do you want to be part of building our development organization? It starts with you! We are a SaaS solution for hairdressers and hair salons. We provide a suite of services that currently includes Android apps as well as hardware that our customers can run the apps on. Our solution is an ecosystem where many different partners can be included through their own apps or integrations.

As we are in a development phase, we need you who:

👷 Want to be part of building a development organization, influencing work methods and architecture.
🛠️ Follow best practices and industry standards for app development and ensure that we incorporate it into our organization.
🏃‍♀️ Are accustomed to an agile way of working, such as Scrum, and the common tools for tickets, backlog, release management, etc.
👤 Take personal responsibility and work independently.
🗣️ Are communicative and proficient in Swedish in writing and speaking.
🤝 Can independently lead meetings with technical teams at our partners, e.g., around integrations.
🤓 Understand the user's perspective and are interested in the business perspective in the design of a technical solution.

Skills You Need to Have:

📱 5+ years of experience in app development with Kotlin.
📊 Experience in implementing tracking/analytics in the app and understanding how events and parameters are handled in GA/Looker studio.
⛓️ Manage the entire chain from Firestorage/cloud and backend to frontend.
📐 You are used to setting the internal architecture of the app as well as the architecture of the app in relation to hardware, business model, and distribution to the customer.
💰 Experience with payment solutions, e-commerce flows, or similar in-app.
🛡️ Experience in building business-critical apps with security requirements.
🤝 You are very accustomed to setting specifications for and developing integrations with other systems.
🧪 Can set up a strategy for and conduct tests of what you have developed.
📱 Understand the process for and independently manage the publication of apps on Google Play.
🔄 Understand and master the entire lifecycle of an app.

It's a Big Plus if You Also Have Experience With:

📱 MDM management.
📱 Hardware-related functions on Android devices, e.g., NFC or programmable buttons.
📱 iOS development or cross-platform development (in addition to Kotlin).
📱 Development of Android app for Android TV.
🌐 Web development.
💼 Tech lead or architect roles, or other leadership outside of work.
