Testing & Validation
- Participate in the testing and performance validation of new RAD innovations and agentic monitoring features within the Immix platform prior to client release.
- Document test results clearly, including how agents perform on different camera scenes, lighting conditions, weather, and site layouts.
Client-Facing Implementation Support
- Act as a support liaison with Immix clients during RAD system implementations and deployments.
- Support on-site or remote setup and configuration of RAD systems, drawing on your Immix platform experience.
- Support team efforts to guide clients through the transition to hybrid human + agentic monitoring, including training monitoring teams on new workflows.
Feedback & Communication to Development
- Communicate real-world client feedback to the RAD development team, with a strong emphasis on unique image environments and scene conditions at customer sites (e.g., challenging lighting, occlusions, camera angles, environmental factors).
- Describe specific scene scenarios that cause detection problems or require special handling so developers can improve the agentic models.
