Job Description
- Do you enjoy analyzing functional problems? - Identifying real needs among a multitude of conflicting requests? - Modeling and brainstorming with developers and challenging the UX with designers? - Are you convinced that to achieve this, you need to be close to the solution's customers, as well as those who sell it?
You will find your happiness with this Product Manager position!
Cleemy is a business expense management suite, composed of 3 solutions: Purchases, Expense Reports, and Payment. Sounds boring? Only on the surface.
The functional context is stimulating because it is complex and varied. The user issues are multiple, the functional architecture gives pride of place to distributed services, we integrate multiple technological bricks. As a bonus, you will learn accounting. You are thrilled about it in advance, aren't you?
The Cleemy team includes forty people in Nantes, Marseille, and remote. You will join the Cleemy Platform sub-team composed of a lead PM, a lead dev, a PM, a PMM, a designer, and 9 developers. This team's role is to manage all the common bricks used by our Cleemy Expense Reports and Purchases applications, including the management of the Cleemy payment application as well as the accounting module.
Our working methods are inspired by Shape Up, where we alternate between 6-week projects and two-week sessions to align the team on the next operations and settle tactical subjects.
You will quickly be able to work on different functional areas and propose projects for which you will be responsible. In the medium term, you may be called upon to take the reins of a new solution in the Cleemy range.

Mission Details
We are launching a new payment product very soon for which we are looking for a Product Manager. This product will be developed in collaboration with another Lucca business unit and thanks to the integration of our partner's payment services.
In practice, you will have to: - Absorb many perspectives on our solutions: users, customers, sales representatives, consultants, marketers... - Explore functional themes such as payment card management, accounting closing, bank debits... Then translate them into pitches, specifications, and wireframes in collaboration with developers and designers. You like diagrams, don't you? - Analyze the technical documentation of our payment partner in order to integrate new features. - Act as support during the implementation of projects: functional support, participation in technical-functional arbitrations (for example on the structure of the API), recipe, and a touch of documentation. - Analyze customer feedback and exotic support tickets to decide on tactical improvements or detect bugs. - Collaborate with the Product Manager of the other business unit concerned by this new product. - As a warm-up, a few Cleemy deployment projects with customers will give you an informed opinion on Cleemy and its market.
We have offices in Marseille, Paris, and Nantes. We have a preference for a position based in Marseille or Paris.

Profile sought
The essentials:- You have between 3 and 5 years of experience as a Product Manager on a complex product. - Your accomplishments will convince us of your potential. If you are a beginner, a solid academic background such as an engineering school is an important asset. - Dissecting technical documentation and simply modeling complex systems stimulates you.
The appreciated:- In your mind, functional and technical go hand in hand. If a developer introduces you to the concept of an outbox pattern, you won't be afraid to go to microservices.io to understand how to take advantage of it. - You are curious by nature, know how to appreciate well-thought-out things, and criticize those that are less so. - You sometimes know how to sacrifice your high level of demand on the altar of pragmatism. - Your voice does not tremble when you have to say no. - You think that a product is only of interest if it is used, which implies that it is purchased. The commercial dimension of product design interests you.
