🚀 Role summary 🚀

We are seeking a talented Product Manager to define and execute the product strategy for one of our squad of our Mistral AI Studio product. AI studio is our enterprise platform that enables teams to build, evaluate and operate AI systems reliably, safely, and at scale. It provides the infrastructure enterprises need to move from prototypes to production: full-stack observability, durable agent execution and a governed AI Registry that tracks every asset and version across the lifecycle. Where today’s teams rely on ad-hoc scripts, fragile prompt iterations, and scattered evaluation methods, AI Studio brings discipline, traceability and continuous improvement, turning AI into a dependable operational capability.

As Product Manager, you will be integrated to a specific squad (Observability, API and developer experience, Workflows, Connectors, ...) and will define how enterprises close the loop from prompts to production: how they observe AI behavior, run complex AI workflows, version and govern every asset and deploy safely across hybrid and self-hosted environments.

Define the Future

Set the vision: Shape and evangelize a compelling product strategy for Enterprise AI tools, ensuring alignment with company goals and market opportunities.
Spot the gaps: Lead market and UX research to uncover unmet needs, competitive whitespaces, and emerging trends enterprise product management.

Build & Ship

Own the lifecycle: Drive end-to-end product development, from ideation to launch and iteration—balancing speed, quality, and user delight.
Champion the user: Partner with design and research to craft intuitive, high-impact experiences, using data and feedback to refine continuously.

Scale & Execute

Go-to-market: Collaborate with marketing and sales to launch products successfully, including pricing, positioning, and adoption strategies.
Align stakeholders: Rally engineering, design and business teams around priorities, trade-offs and timelines.
Prioritize ruthlessly: Maintain a dynamic roadmap that delivers quick wins while advancing long-term bets.

🌟 Required Qualifications 🌟

Product Management: 5+ years of relevant experience in new, competitive, fast-paced and ambiguous environments.
Technical skills: Hands-on experience with generative AI, LLMs or ML-driven products ideally in large solutions. You understand technical trade-offs and can partner effectively with engineering teams.
User obsession: Relentless focus on solving real user problems, backed by data and qualitative insights.
Cross-functional influence: Proven ability to align and inspire engineering, design, and go-to-market teams without direct authority.
Problem-solving: Balance big-picture thinking with hands-on problem-solving. You’re equally comfortable crafting a roadmap and diving into metrics.
Communication: Crisp, persuasive storytelling for executives, teams, and users whether in docs, decks, or whiteboard sessions.
Adaptability: Thrive in high-velocity, dynamic settings where priorities shift quickly.
Collaboration: Low ego + high EQ. You build trust and drive decisions through clarity, not hierarchy.
Autonomy: Self-directed with a bias for action, you can navigate unknowns and own outcomes end-to-end.

Now, it would be ideal if you have:

Growth mindset: Deep familiarity with product-led growth strategies (e.g., viral loops, onboarding optimization, monetization, etc.)
Builder’s mindset: Founder or early-stage PM experience where you’ve turned 0 -> 1 ideas into products users love.
Technical depth: Ability to prototype, hack, or dive into code when needed (even if not a core responsibility).

📍 Location & Remote 📍

The position is based in our Paris HQ offices and we encourage going to the office as much as we can (at least 3 days per week) to create bonds and smooth communication. Our remote policy aims to provide flexibility, improve work-life balance and increase productivity. Each manager can decide the amount of days worked remotely based on autonomy and a specific context (e.g. more flexibility can occur during summer). In any case, employees are expected to maintain regular communication with their teams and be available during core working hours.
