• 💻 Own the implementation and success of the ITIL Problem Management process.
• 📣 Promote ITIL problem management standards and demonstrate business value.
• 📚 Ensure all identified problems are logged and tracked.
• 🕵️‍♀️ Investigate root causes of incidents and develop permanent solutions.
• 🤝 Collaborate with other IT service management processes and communicate problem status.
• 📝 Take ownership and drive the completion of actions from Post Incident Reviews.
