Your Role
As an Internal Operations Specialist, you'll be involved in various projects that contribute to the following:
- 🛠️ Building automation and internal tooling using low-code tools like Retool and Make to ensure scalability, efficiency, and satisfaction across teams.
- 📊 Improving how we retrieve, process, and leverage customer data for carbon accounting (e.g., business travel data) using Python and APIs.
- 💻 Building and enhancing parts of our client-facing product, the Greenly SaaS, with a low-code Retool frontend.
- 💡 Providing technical support to other teams regarding tools, bugs, and spontaneous data requests, including data exploration/manipulation, SQL queries, and low/no-code tools.

Qualifications
- 📚 Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 🛠️ Experience with low-code/no-code tools like Retool, Make, or similar platforms.
- 🐍 Proficiency in Python and familiarity with data analysis and manipulation.
- 🤝 Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- 🔍 Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve operational challenges.
