Today the DevOps tasks are handled by the CTO, who is looking for someone to rely on for this part. You will be in charge of optimizing the infrastructure of the Yubo backend app while promoting good practices in software delivery at Yubo.

Here’s a sneak peek of what we use:

• Infrastructure:
  • Docker containers orchestrated with Kubernetes on Google Cloud.
  • Elastic Search, MongoDB, BigTable, BigQuery
  • Monitoring with Prometheus/Grafana
  • Continuous delivery with Google Cloud Build
  • 2m+ commands per second on Redis
• Android architecture: Kotlin
• iOS app: Swift
• Server-side: NodeJS, Express
• Client-side: React, Redux, SocketCluster
• Live Techno: WebRTC (C++)

The challenges you will encounter are :

• Build a scalable and stable app for millions of users
• Maintain and optimize existing infrastructure
• Realtime technologies such as WebRTC, WebSockets, etc.

Technical Prerequisites

• Deep knowledge in Kubernetes
• Experience in improving software deliverability in a company
• Good Practice / Code Quality / Code Review
• Performance-driven mindset
