🛠️ Mission Context and Description

Within the Technical Process and Baggage Department of Paris-Orly Airport, the local design office designs and carries out development operations in the terminal or outdoors, particularly on behalf of the operator and maintenance. In this context, you will conduct studies on Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, Smoke Extraction, and Plumbing under the supervision of an experienced designer from the expression of needs to the commissioning of equipment.

Responsibilities:

Analyze customer requests and conduct studies on installations (HVAC, plumbing, BMS, regulation of various fluids, and fire protection).
Design and perform network sizing calculations.
Draw up plans, DPGF frameworks, estimates, and all other documents as part of the business consultation file.
Assist the works teams and delegated project owners during the progress of the works, particularly by validating technical notes or occasional on-site visits.
Participate in acceptance operations and validation of DOE.

You will carry out all of these missions while respecting deadlines, budgets, quality standards, and regulations in force. Concerned about the energy performance of the installations, you propose suitable and motivated technical and economic solutions.

👤 Candidate Profile

Degree in HVAC engineering or equivalent (BTS or DUT)
At least 5 years of experience in the study and implementation of fluid networks
Autonomy, rigor, reliability, proactivity, and team spirit are necessary for this position
Organizational and interpersonal skills are required for participation in project groups
Proficiency in AutoCAD and good knowledge of computer tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) are required
Full-time position based in Paris-Orly
Telework possible (1 day per week)
