Your Mission 🎯
- Collaborate with customer success, sales, product, and tech teams to ensure clients have quick access to necessary cash flow management information on the platform.
Responsibilities 🛠️
1. Integrating Client Data
- Assist new clients in defining the data to integrate into the tool and the best method to do so, ensuring long-term client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Understand the technical and financial needs of B2B clients across various sectors.
- Master tools for proper connectivity between clients' information systems and Agicap (Excel matrices, APIs, EBICS, bank connectors, SFTP).
- Propose solutions that best meet clients' needs considering technical constraints.
- Communicate with stakeholders (internal and external) to ensure the rapid implementation of Agicap.
2. Contributing to Team Development and Process Building
- Continuously improve processes and tools.
- Create necessary documentation to facilitate knowledge transfer within the team.
- Act as a client advocate internally, conveying client needs to product teams to assist in prioritizing new features.
Specialization Opportunities 🌟

What We Are Looking For 🔍
- Final year business school or engineering student.
- Good command of Excel.
- Knowledge of Python and SQL (a plus).
- Excellent level of French, able to lead full business conversations.
- Versatile, enjoying project management, client relations, and teamwork.
- Ability to prioritize, organize, and communicate effectively.
- Curious, ambitious, and drawn to the startup environment.
- Passion for tackling new challenges and understanding technical aspects to provide optimal solutions.
- Previous experience in software implementation (a plus).
