Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the R&D team, driving innovation and technical excellence.
- Provide strategic guidance and leadership for research, development, and engineering teams focused on audio processing, machine learning, AI, and software design.
- Collaborate closely with founders in the US and development/engineering teams in Europe to ensure seamless execution.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience building and/or leading teams in audio software or audio AI.
- Startup experience is a major plus!
- Strong technical skills and a deep understanding of audio processing, machine learning, AI, and software design.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
