🎯 Mission Context

As an IT Finance Project Manager within the ADP group, you will be attached to the Finance Transformation and MOA department, and will play a key role in the group's transformation in a context of ERP change.

📝 Mission Description

Your main missions are:

• Manage projects within your scope, from design to delivery, by coordinating stakeholders, setting key deadlines, the schedule, and ensuring that the allocated budget is respected;
• Collect and analyze user needs by participating in the drafting of statements of requirements and functional specifications;
• Manage the risks associated with projects, and if necessary, propose corrective measures;
• Ensure the quality of the project throughout its development, including monitoring key indicators and performing functional tests;
• Monitor the performance of the financial IS and identify potential areas for improvement;
• Ensure technological watch in order to propose innovative solutions that comply with current standards;
• Carry out the functional parameterization of the applications in your scope, ensuring that they meet the needs of users, particularly in the context of closing and reporting;
• Contribute to the maintenance and updating of the financial IS in collaboration with the IT department and users.

👤 Profile Sought

Holder of a Master's degree in accounting/finance/IS, DECF or higher or equivalent experience, you have at least 5 years of experience in IS project management, maintenance, and user support activities. Significant experience in complex project management in a SAP environment is a plus.

💪 Required Skills:

• In-depth project management skills;
• Good knowledge of SAP ECC and S4 Hana/Mastering office automation tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint);
• Listening, analytical and synthesis skills;
• Availability, responsiveness, strong appetite for IS;
• Fluency in English.

📍 Location:

Position based in Paris-Orly or Paris-Charles de Gaulle with travel to the other platform.

💰 Compensation Package:

Remuneration package (fixed, variable, profit-sharing, participation, CET, company savings plan, mutual insurance, CSE).
