🚀 Join us as an AI Product Intern 🚀

Build and test cutting-edge ML and GenAI features for 600,000+ businesses across Europe. Work on experimental projects from OCR systems to conversational AI agents, exploring LLMs while contributing to production-grade machine learning.

You will work closely with Marianne Ducournau (Head of AI Products) or Benjamin Wolter (Head of AI Products), joining a team of 10+ ML engineers and data scientists building Qonto's AI capabilities.

👩‍💻 As an AI Product Intern at Qonto, you will:

Marianne's Team - Conversational AI & Experimental Projects:

• Develop conversational AI agents to ease Qonto’s client experience (cashflow insights, etc)
• Improve ML/genAI applications for business finance (transaction labelling, accounting)
• Explore greenfield ML/genAI applications for business finance

Benjamin's Team - Document Matching & ML-enhanced OCR:

• Experiment with LLM approaches to improve OCR models
• Build proof of concepts for GenAI document matching applications
• Support production systems through data wrangling, labeling, and code tickets

Both teams:

• Work with modern ML stack: Python, SQL, LLMs, Snowflake, Airflow, AWS
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams
• Participate in team rituals

🤝 Your Future Managers:

Marianne Ducournau (Paris), graduated from Ecole Polytechnique, Head of AI Products, leads Conversational AI and experimental projects.

Benjamin Wolter (Barcelona), Head of AI Products, leads Document Matching & ML-enhanced OCR, exploring how GenAI can revolutionize document processing.

What do they bring to the team?

As experts in their field, they have hands-on experience in implementing Data Science models to serve cross-functional teams and deliver actionable insights. They also have passion for mentoring and coaching the team.

🏅 About You:

Must-have:

• Python & SQL proficiency
• ML advanced skills
• LLM/GenAI understanding
• Academic background: M2 in Data Science, ML, AI, CS, Engineering, Math, Physics, or Natural Sciences
• High curiosity and hunger to learn
• Creative & experimental mindset
• English fluency (working language)

Nice to have:

• Previous ML projects
• Interest in OCR/Computer Vision or Conversational AI

We are looking for someone who can be based in one of our offices (Paris or Barcelona).
