💪 Your Future Missions:
As a Senior Project Manager at Diabolocom, you will play a key role in implementing our solution for our strategic clients.
- You will lead complex projects end-to-end in Build and Run phases, for clients across diverse sectors (retail, healthcare, real estate, etc.): scoping, configuring solutions (contact center, AI…), integrating with the client's IT ecosystem (CRM, business tools), testing phases, go-live, and continuous optimization.
- You will manage project governance, milestones, risk management, and ensure commitments (quality, deadlines) are met.
- You will be responsible for the telecom aspects of projects: number allocation, portability, managing ARCEP regulatory changes…
- You will manage client relationships at a strategic level, lead steering committees, and handle sensitive or escalation situations.
- You will act as an expert consultant, providing recommendations based on industry best practices to optimize the performance of deployed systems.
- You will collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Technical, and Customer Operations teams, contribute to pre-sales phases on strategic opportunities, and participate in partner support when necessary.
- You will contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes and support the skill development of junior project managers.
Your Profile:
- Experience in implementing SaaS solutions.
- Previous experience in direct client interactions.
- Degree from an engineering school with significant project management experience, preferably with a cloud software vendor.
- Client-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Strong interest in web technologies and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English.
- Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
