Roles and Responsibilities:

• 2+ years of experience in the role
• Collaborate with the Global Cybersecurity team to identify and alert potential local cybersecurity gaps
• Install, uninstall, configure, troubleshoot, upgrade, patch, and maintain OS and third-party software
• Coordinate with Global infrastructure teams for Global Image installation
• Manage purchase process and purchase order creation
• Assist users with Google's suite products
• Maintain hardware inventory
• Set up, reinstall, and image laptops and desktops based on planned refresh and growth company plan
• Log service requests
• Coordinate with third-party vendors
• Follow Nielsen policy for laptops and desktops
• Maintain a full inventory of mobile distribution
• Assist and troubleshoot mobile issues
• Assist and troubleshoot printer issues
• Produce reporting on hardware and software based on Nielsen Infrastructure requests
• Manage user support using ServiceNow tool

Skills:

• Good Microsoft Operating System skills
• Good Linux Operating System knowledge
• Basic understanding of networking concepts
• Basic understanding of storage concepts
• Good skills in cybersecurity
