💡 About the Candidate 💡
We are seeking engineers who can collaborate with Product Owners and BizDev in agile development environments, accurately grasp business requirements, and translate them into optimal system designs.
We welcome individuals who can participate in new business development projects in the EV/energy domain, organize and structure complex requirements, and define system designs and technical directions.
You will be responsible for comprehensively driving projects from requirements definition and design policy formulation to MVP/PoC and full-scale deployment phases, combining leadership in upstream processes with on-the-ground execution, and collaborating with Product Owner and BizDev teams.

Requirements Gathering & Definition
- Clarify business requirements and customer needs in collaboration with Product Owners.
- Organize business flows and use cases, translating them into system requirements.
- Organize requirements as backlogs and foster a shared understanding with the development team.

System Design & Architecture Design
- Design application functionalities.
- Design APIs, data models, and external system integrations.
- Propose continuous improvements and process optimization (including DevOps/CI/CD).

Proof of Concept (PoC) & MVP Development
- Formulate technical configurations for verifying value with minimal features in MVP development.
- Collaborate with the development team to drive sprint-based implementation reviews and deliverable verification.
- Propose data-driven analysis and improvements utilizing customer feedback and experimental data.
✅ Required Qualifications ✅
- Experience in organizing business requirements and gathering requirements through collaboration with Product Owners and BizDev.
- Over 5 years of practical experience in system requirements definition, basic design, and architecture design.
- Over 3 years of practical experience in backend or frontend software development.
- Practical experience in API design, data modeling, and external system integration design.
- Practical development experience using Python.
- Experience leading development teams and vendors technically, conducting design document reviews, and managing quality.
- Experience driving projects in an agile/scrum development environment.
🌟 Preferred Qualifications 🌟
- Practical development experience in at least one of the modern languages such as C++, C#, Java, Golang, Node.js, or Ruby.
- Development experience using frontend technologies such as TypeScript and React.
- Experience participating in projects in the AI/IoT/Energy/Mobility domains.
- Over 3 years of system development experience with cloud technologies, including microservices architecture.
- Business-level communication skills in both English and Japanese.
