Job Description

As part of a 3-person team, you will be at the heart of the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring its proper functioning and evolution. Your responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining and developing a high-performance and reliable information system
• Managing systems and networks (Active Directory, GPO, WSUS)
• Configuring, installing, and maintaining IT solutions and equipment (servers, switches, workstations, firewalls, etc.)
• Integrating IT solutions into the company's information system

Key Projects

You will play a key role in the company's digital transformation by:

• Working on Microsoft cloud and hybrid environments (Azure, Office 365)
• Participating in migration projects to Azure Cloud

Process Optimization

You will optimize your processes and gain efficiency by:

• Improving and optimizing administration tasks using PowerShell

Proactive Problem-Solving

You will be proactive and anticipate needs by:

• Collaborating with department managers and operational teams to identify and meet systems and network needs
• Planning and executing updates to production tools and processes

Infrastructure Performance and Security

You will ensure the performance and security of the infrastructure by:

• Monitoring and optimizing infrastructure performance to ensure efficiency and availability

Team Support

You will provide reliable support to teams by:

• Troubleshooting existing systems and network issues

Required Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position, either in an IT services company or in a corporate environment
• Experience working with a wide range of technical environments
• Strong knowledge of the following technical areas:
  • Windows systems (and Linux ideally): AD management (GPO), WSUS
  • M365 / Azure environment: Exchange, Teams, SharePoint
  • Network: Switching, Firewall (Aruba and Fortinet ideally)
  • DBMS: SQL Server, Oracle (ideally)
