• Work closely with product managers, VP engineering and product, and other
  Engineering Managers to ensure a perfect alignment about engineering and

Au sein du pôle R&D d'une 50aine de personnes ( développeurs, data analyst,
product manager ) organisé à l'aide du framework SCRUM, je lead une équipe
de 5 à 10 développeurs.
Mon rôle : organiser l'équipe, études et specification techniques des features,
travailler avec le product manager, m'assurer du bien être des membres de
l'équipe et de l'adéquation des tâches qui leur sont demandées avec leurs
compétences. Lorsque mon planning le permet développer et maintenir la
solution iAdvize .
