🌟 UX Designer - CDI (Lead UX Designer) 🌟
We are looking for a senior UX Designer for a CDI mission only, to be filled at the end of March (Lead UX Designer position).
The ideal candidate has a minimum of 7 years of experience, ideally acquired in an agency (but not necessarily) and will be involved in providing a personalized and quality service to our clients on the following missions: 🪄
Your Profile:
Significant mandatory experience in UX Design on complex projects in savings, insurance, or banking.
Expected skills and mastery:
- UX Methodologies: Advanced mastery of user research, information architecture, prototyping, user testing, and Design Thinking.
- Tools: Expertise with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and user testing tools.
- Fundamentals: In-depth knowledge of accessibility (WCAG), ergonomics, and technical constraints (web/mobile).
- Design System: Experience in contributing to and evolving Design Systems.
Essential qualities:
- Communication: Excellent skills for collaboration and presentation.
- Analysis: Analytical and synthetic mind for solving complex problems.
- Management: Ability to manage projects, priorities, and deadlines.
- Curiosity: Technological watch and continuous learning.
- Reporting: Ability to report.
