✨ UX Designer / Researcher Position ✨

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 8 years of experience, ideally gained in an agency (but not necessarily). You will join our client's team responsible for 2 mobile applications.

The mission will take place at the Bordeaux (Pessac) site, with a strong emphasis on collaboration with the product teams and the UX Studio.

In a context of product transformation, a complete rewrite and redesign of the applications is currently underway, with the objective of merging several existing applications into a unified and coherent experience.

This structuring project involves significant challenges:

Simplification and optimization of user journeys
Rationalization of functionalities
Change management support, for both users and internal teams

It also aligns with technical evolution, with a progressive migration to a new technology based on Flutter, with production planned between late 2026 and early 2027.

This program is currently a major focus of the mission.

🎯 Your Missions 🎯

Your main responsibilities will be to:

Design and manage user research initiatives (interviews, tests, surveys, questionnaires)
Analyze collected data and produce actionable insights
Present your findings to the product teams
Translate learnings into concrete UX recommendations
Produce low-fidelity wireframes to support UI work
Write design documents in collaboration with the Product Owner
Build and facilitate workshops with Product Managers and Product Owners

👤 Your Profile 👤

Skills and expertise expected:

Solid expertise in UX Research (qualitative and quantitative)
Ability to conduct end-to-end user studies
Capacity to effectively analyze and synthesize data
Aptitude to produce concrete and directly usable recommendations
Proficiency in user testing and survey tools (Airship, Mopinion...)
Good command of Figma, FigJam, and Klaxoon (low-fidelity wireframing, workshop facilitation)
Good understanding of the mobile ecosystem / mobile apps and experience in this domain is necessary.

Experience in a product environment, ideally with mobile apps.
