Our Digital Twin Platform team is responsible for realizing Woven City's vision: "Expand mobility. Enhance humanity. Engage society." We develop a robust software platform that enables inventors and business owners to "test" products in a virtual environment before deploying them to the physical Woven City. We also create analytics to assist in decision-making based on simulated results and operational data collected from the physical city.

Responsibilities 🛠️
- Translate business objectives into technical requirements and system specifications that support Woven City's strategic goals.
- Support developing and maintaining strategic plans and roadmaps, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to document current business processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement streamlined workflows.
- Lead the planning, development, and execution of Proof of Concept (PoC) initiatives to validate and refine new technologies and solutions.
- Organize and facilitate meetings, workshops, and other collaborative sessions to gather input, build consensus, and align stakeholders.
- Monitor progress on strategic initiatives, track key performance indicators, and prepare reports with recommendations for course correction as needed.
- Contribute to the establishment and refinement of best practices, tools, and methodologies related to business analysis and strategic planning.
Minimum Qualifications 🎓
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to lead strategic initiatives and effectively drive cross-functional stakeholder discussions, resulting in measurable business outcomes.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to draw insights from complex data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
- Over 5 years of experience developing planning, requirements, and project documentation and facilitating discussions with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in relevant software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office), as well as business intelligence, analytical, and project management tools.
- Familiarity with industry regulations, standards, and best practices related to engineering, business analysis, and strategic planning.
- Native-level Japanese proficiency and business-level English communication skills.
Nice to Haves 🌟
- Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field.
- Industry experience in Digital Twin, Manufacturing, and/or Logistics.
- Experience in project management and software development life cycle methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall.
- Experience in data analysis, data modeling, and data visualization tools and techniques.
- Strong leadership with the ability to lead cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
