Skype Administrator

Your mission, if you accept, will be:

Support users in the platform with all products under responsibility of the department.
Plan and deploy upgrades to fulfill compliance or requirement.
Actively implement new solutions for the required products.
Work with other IT teams to ensure requirement and expectation of the client is met.
Good demonstrating understanding on ITIL practices, well familiar with change processes and Agile methodology.

Bachelor degree in Computer Science/Information Systems or equivalent.

At least 5 years of experience as a Skype Administrator, especially working on Messaging.

Excellent verbal, written and communication skills in English, excellent teamwork, leadership and open-minded are pre-requisite.

Knowledge in administering Messaging technologies, Mobile Device Management & Archiving systems.

Experience working with Agile framework and employing Scrum methodology.
