Responsibilities
As a Product Manager at Shipup, you will:

• Prioritize and communicate clear product roadmaps.
• Craft and execute product initiatives that align with Shipup's missions and business goals.
• Define and clearly communicate the product vision and roadmap to stakeholders (C-level), ensuring alignment and driving strategic goals.
• Ensure product quality meets our standards of excellence.
• Work hand in hand with your Tech Lead to oversee the engineering team, ensuring projects stay on schedule.
• Write comprehensive product specifications.
• Maintain an agile approach, allowing you to quickly iterate on your product.
• Collaborate closely with other Product functions, including Product Designers and the Product Marketing Manager, to ensure a good fit between the solution and the problem identified and to build an effective release plan that guarantees its adoption.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including our Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, and Sales teams, to develop and launch new product features and improvements that deliver value to Shipup and drive company growth.

The Team
You'll join a team of nineteen (13 technical and 6 product people) led by Léa (our CPTO) and Florian (VP Engineering). The team is currently divided into two cross-functional squads, with plans to grow to twenty-two people by mid-2025 with the opening of a third squad!
