Job Offer: Support & QA Specialist

This is a newly created position within a growing organization. The goal is to establish the support and QA function within the company. The individual will be responsible for providing user support while also testing new software features before delivery, aiming to enhance the user experience of the software developed at ipso.


Responsibilities: Support & Quality Assurance

Support 🤝

  • Distribute and refine tickets reported by various internal users (approximately 200 people):
    • Healthcare professionals
    • Medical assistants
    • Other ipso collaborators
  • Provide support and, if necessary, direct requests to the IT team.
  • Empathize with patients to improve our software, and contact them to offer assistance when needed.
  • Collaborate with the training managers of each profession to identify areas that can be documented or improved.

Testing & Quality Assurance 🧪

  • Test software following the development of significant features, in collaboration with our Product Owner (PO).
  • Write test plans.
  • Review and propose improvements to the testing strategies for different software.
  • Monitor software deployments to ensure their quality.

Objectives 🎯

First 3 Months: 🚀

  • Understand the company culture and its challenges.
  • Grasp the various software used at ipso and the services offered to users.
  • Familiarize yourself with the processes and tools used by the IT team.
  • Respond to support tickets.

3 to 6 Months: 📈

  • Develop a comprehensive vision of support and QA at ipso.
  • Be capable of handling a large portion of support requests autonomously.
  • Know how to redirect the remaining requests to the relevant teams.
  • Participate in testing significant features in collaboration with our PO.
  • Begin writing test plans.

6 Months +: 🌟

  • Become the go-to person for IT support.
  • Ensure post-deployment follow-up for new features.
