Implementation is at our core. As part of the team, you'll represent Agicap to customers. After comprehensive training, you'll become their partner in unlocking our Treasury platform's full potential to realize strategic, financial, and operational goals. The Implementation team is part of Customer Success and works closely with Sales, Account Management, and Customer Success Tech.

What You Will Do:

• Manage a portfolio of Mid-Market customers in the Implementation phase.
• Supervise and coordinate business and technical processes for customized solutions.
• Manage operational Finance employees and Head of Finance/CFO/CEO on the customer side.
• Drive customer engagement by understanding your client's strategic, financial, and operational goals.
• Become an Agicap product expert and guide customers toward desired outcomes.
• Take ownership of Customer Health and Onboarding turnaround time.
• Ensure customers get maximum value from Agicap through high-touch engagements.
• Be the voice of the customer back into our organization.
• Enhance the current team's project management skills.

What you need to succeed:

• 2 to 3 years of professional experience, ideally in Management Consulting, Financial Consulting firm, or as a Project/Implementation Manager.
• Native German and fluent English.
• Strong prioritization and execution capabilities, driven by customer needs, business impact, and expansion potential.
• Analytical mindset with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
• Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models.
• Ability to excel in a dynamic growth environment, adapt to challenges, and maintain a positive attitude.
• Excellent listening skills, customer-centric mentality, and empathy towards users and customers.
• Ability to work with diverse teams (Sales, CS, Tech, Product, etc.).
• Strong Plus: Good understanding of Corporate Finance. Previous exposure to Finance/Treasury departments.
