🔎 FP&A Analyst - Acquisition (Lyon) 💼
Overview
As an FP&A Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in our finance team, reporting directly to Erwan Barret, Lead of Financial Planning & Analysis. Join us in shaping the future of financial management and contribute to Agicap's continued success.
Your Role
- Ensure the quality of our processes and KPIs by preparing monthly and quarterly reporting files within the acquisition scope.
- Be a business partner to the acquisition teams, managing FP&A relations with sales, partnerships, and marketing teams.
- Contribute to financial forecasts for the acquisition scope, creating and refining the acquisition equation in collaboration with stakeholders.
Requirements
- BAC+5 degree from a business or engineering school (or equivalent) with a major in finance.
- At least 2 years of experience in a corporate finance department, FP&A team, or in consulting (Finance/TS/IB, etc.).
- Strong skills in financial analysis and accounting.
- Fluency in English.
- Meticulous attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines.
- "Doer" and "problem-solving" mindset, with a natural aptitude for analysis, optimization, and monitoring.
- Advanced Excel proficiency; experience with a business intelligence tool is a strong plus.
- Adaptability to a fast-growing, tool-oriented environment.
