• Data for Business: Creating reports and tools for teams to dive into data and excel in decision-making.
• Data Stack Management: Loading and transforming data, automating reports, and continuously improving our data stack.
• Data Culture: Providing support and training on data tools to stakeholders, ensuring our solutions align with operational needs.

🎯 What You Will Do

As a key partner of the Product team, you'll analyze our products to improve them, create better user experiences, and guide smart decisions.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Product Analytics Foundations: Building the foundations of Product Analytics at Joko by ensuring the Product team has the right tools and reports for informed decisions.
• Deep-Dive Analyses: Exploring and analyzing data to uncover trends, patterns, and potential issues that will aid in decision-making and prioritization.
• Performance Monitoring and AB Testing: Building and monitoring key indicators adapted to product use cases. Conducting AB testing to assess feature success and identify improvement opportunities.
• Reporting and Data Visualization: Creating content, such as dashboards and charts, using our data visualization tool. Defining report content and constructing it to effectively communicate data-driven findings to stakeholders.
• Data Loading and Transformation: Involved in loading and transforming data as we have a "full stack" approach in Data at Joko. Collaborating with Data Engineering, you'll be involved in the entire lifecycle of our data.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Collaborating with Product Managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand their needs, collect feedback, and evangelize data usage for smarter choices.
