Simplébo is a dynamic group with 5 brands, over 10,000 clients, an ambitious multi-product strategy, and a commitment to external growth, marked by our first acquisition in May 2025.

We are rapidly structuring our organization and strengthening our transverse management to support this expansion. This role offers a unique chance to learn, understand, and contribute to the success of every aspect of a fast-growing group: business, data, training, tools, project management, negotiation, organization, and leadership.

Working directly with the CEO/Co-founder, you will be at the heart of strategic and operational decisions, gaining rare exposure at this level and a deep understanding of how a scale-up operates. This mission comes with increasing responsibilities, becoming more strategic as your reliability and understanding of the challenges are proven.

🚀 Your Missions: 🚀

• Onboarding & Training:

  • Lead the onboarding and continuous training of our teams.
  • Ensure the scalability of training across the company.
  • Measure the impact of training on field performance.

• Playbooks & Processes:

  • Structure, maintain, and update playbooks, training materials, and business updates.

• Projects & OKRs:

  • Oversee the tracking of OKRs and strategic transverse projects of the company.

• Governance:

  • Prepare meetings and strategic discussions for the CEO.
  • Lead specific projects and provide occasional operational support.

• Organization & Performance:

  • Assist the CEO with matters related to performance, organization, and company structuring.

• Tools, AI & Negotiation:

  • Manage, negotiate, and optimize the use of existing tools (business, enablement, training, etc.).
  • Gradually integrate AI applications to enhance operational efficiency and ensure their successful adoption.
