As an AGV Manufacturing Engineer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the stable operation of thousands of AGVs deployed at our customer sites. Your responsibilities will span from routine maintenance and troubleshooting to customer support, contributing to the enhancement of AGV system performance and the development of preventative maintenance strategies.

The Manufacturing Department is a core division that brings robot systems, deployed by major domestic and international manufacturing and logistics companies, to life in close collaboration with the Design Department. We handle everything from the assembly of robot hands, mobile robots (AGVs), and peripheral equipment to performance testing, adjustments, quality assurance, and shipping. Our mission is to deliver high-quality products directly to the field that solve customer challenges. With the increasing demand for custom-made products, we manage diverse and advanced manufacturing projects concurrently. Through a swift and meticulous manufacturing process, we reliably materialize design concepts, supporting the widespread use of robots in logistics and production sites worldwide.

💡 Background for Recruitment 💡

With the expansion of our Okazaki facility, the demand for AGV shipping operations, as well as the construction of robot cells for demos and testing, and environment setup, has significantly increased.

Therefore, we are seeking individuals who can lead the establishment of the Okazaki facility.

📋 Responsibilities 📋

Adjustments, kitting, and shipping operations related to AGVs.
Initial setup and operational checks of AGV units and peripheral equipment such as servers.
System adjustments for internal demonstrations (e.g., MAP creation).
Shipping arrangements and support.
Adjustment and modification of robot cells for internal demonstrations and testing.
(Future) Management of dispatched staff involved in AGV shipping operations.
Transfer of AGV shipping operations to dispatched staff and establishment of systems.
Confirmation of work progress and quality control.
Other related tasks associated with the Manufacturing Department and Okazaki facility.

🔑 Required Qualifications 🔑

Experience in AGV maintenance and after-sales service.
Basic understanding of networks (fundamental knowledge of WAN and LAN).
Chinese language proficiency (HSK Level 4 or above).

✨ Preferred Qualifications ✨

Knowledge/practical experience in hardware control (sensors, vision systems, motors, PLCs, etc.).
Knowledge/practical experience in software and communication protocols (TCP/IP, UDP, HTTP, API, log analysis, etc.).
Experience in setup and system integration of AGVs/AMRs or logistics robotics.
