My name is Dagem Debebe Worku and I am 30 years old.
I have extensive experience in developing high-quality, scalable and efficient mobile applications using Flutter. I have a strong understanding of object-oriented programming concepts and a solid foundation in Dart programming language. I have experience working with APIs, RESTful services, and Firebase, and I have a keen eye for design and user experience, which I have honed by working on projects with various teams of designers, product owners, and other developers.
In addition to my work experience, I have also built my own project and successfully added it to both the Google Play Store and Apple's App Store. This project has given me hands-on experience in the entire app development lifecycle, from concept to launch, and has provided me with valuable insight into the challenges and opportunities involved in bringing a mobile app to market.
In my current role, I have been responsible for leading a team of four developers and developing and maintaining Flutter-based applications for clients in various industries, including retail, finance, and healthcare. I have experience working with remote teams, and I am confident in my ability to communicate effectively and ensure the success of projects. I have also been involved in troubleshooting and fixing bugs, as well as optimizing the performance of the applications. I take pride in delivering high-quality code and ensuring that the applications I work on are user-friendly and meet the client's expectations.
One of the key strengths I bring is my ability to work with flexible hours. I understand the importance of meeting the needs of the company and my team. I am fluent in English and have experience working with remote teams, which I believe will be an asset in a global organization. I am a quick learner and a team player, and I am confident that I can adapt quickly to your company's work culture and processes.
As a Senior Flutter Application Developer, I am extremely proud to have been
involved with the development of the revolutionary Laba Ai app. By utilizing
chat GPT technology and an intuitive user interface, this powerful tool allows
parents to effectively tutor their children in innovative and interactive ways.
Worked with highly skilled software developers on various in-house and
customer projects. It thought me a gread deal on how to develop production
grade mobile applications.
As the Chief Technology Officer of GebeyaX I have been playing a major role
in leading, planning and executing the development of our mobile localized
e-commerce platform for the construction industry. Through this platform I
have created an exciting new way for both buyers and sellers to easily connect
and purchase construction materials and spares. My involvement includes
spearheading the development, code writing, design, user flow and launch of
GebeyaX. Additionally, I've been working on developing strategies to improve
customer experience by successfully introducing a delivery service as well as
sales promotions across channels.
A local e-commerce web application.
Worked with incredible engineers to bring forward a revolutionary contraction
material into market. We have used a recycled plastic mixed with common
sand and built a construction brick that can be easily assembled to build a
house. Unfortunately due to financial difficulties and some political situations
we couldn’t reach customers.
