🚀 Missions:
As a Talent Acquisition team member at AGICAP, and in a context of growth, your role will be very generalist, with a main focus on Tech and Product but also working on a wide variety of roles across the business (Sales, Customer Success, HQ, etc.).
You will work very closely with and report to Eline, Team Lead of our Tech/Product TA team.
You will be responsible for:
- Sourcing: Ensuring a full and sufficient candidate pipeline.
- Screening/coaching: Interviewing candidates and coaching them for the next steps.
- Marketing: Being an ambassador improving the notoriety of AGICAP.
- Operations: Maintaining a Fast, Objective, and Candidate-Centric process of recruitment.
• Recruit at least 3 new top talents each month, across Europe and across teams.
• Know our ideal personas (profile, backgrounds, behavior...) and adapt to local/team specificities.
• Identify the needs of the team to establish job descriptions, candidate personas, and suitable recruitment processes.
• Build an efficient and multi-channel sourcing strategy (inbound, outbound, referral).
• Actively hunt, on Linkedin, to approach and find the best profiles on the market.
• Manage the new applications, do screening calls, filter, assess, and coach the candidates to prepare them for the next steps.
• Maintain a positive candidate-centric recruitment experience and share your feedback to improve our recruitment processes (persona, structured interviews, analysis of candidate feedback, workflows, and tools).
• Monitor and communicate your performance through weekly reports.
• Participate in improving the employer brand (content creation, management of partners) and establish Agicap as the leading brand for SMB cash flow management in Europe.
• Work closely with the other teams to constantly improve our process and alignment with revenue goals and efficiency.
