Their expertise spans offices, residential buildings, industrial complexes, and service facilities including hospitals, hotels, schools, and sports or leisure centers. As part of a larger multidisciplinary group, they combine local project execution with international standards of excellence.

We are looking for an experienced Site Superintendent to lead on-site operations for building projects in Brussels. You will be the key point of contact on site, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

👷 What You’ll Do 👷

• Oversee day-to-day site operations, coordinating internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients
• Organize site logistics, materials, access, and maintain a clean, safe working environment
• Monitor project schedules, milestones, and progress against detailed work plans
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards (VCA, ISO)
• Track work performance, including progress reporting and productivity monitoring
• Identify potential issues, coordinate solutions, and document deviations as needed
• Lead site meetings and Lean planning sessions to ensure efficient workflow and integrated planning
• Provide regular updates and feedback to Project Managers

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Construction Management
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in site supervision for building projects
• Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills
• Hands-on mentality and ability to motivate and guide teams on site
• Knowledge of safety and quality standards (VCA, ISO)
• Problem-solving mindset with strong technical understanding
