We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst who is deeply passionate about data-driven decisions, transforming raw data into clear actionable business insights, and who is constantly driving themselves and the team towards completing the next challenge.

Responsibilities:

• Develop dashboards and reports to foster company-wide comprehension of key business metrics and growth performance
• Build and manage robust data pipelines to align with ever-evolving business needs, ensuring optimal architecture support
• Analyze large, complex data sets representing the behavior of millions of online users to address strategic and operational business questions
• Manage multiple projects at a time in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment

Profile:

• You possess substantial experience in analytical roles
• You are skilled in at least one of these skills: SQL, Python, or Excel
• You have experience with large volumes of data and AB/testing
• You have practical experience with Tableau or a visualization tool and can create dashboards that are shared company-wide, facilitating data-driven decision-making across departments
• You enjoy being in contact with stakeholders and help them achieve their business goals
• A Master's degree in a top engineering or business school, in statistics, Math, Engineering, Economy, or other quantitative fields is mandatory for this role
• Advanced knowledge of statistical tools and models will be considered a significant advantage
