Growth Hacker 👨‍💻
We're looking for a Growth Hacker to build and run our outbound acquisition machine!
Your role:
- Automate lead generation
- Create multi-channel campaigns
- Work directly with Sales to convert new opportunities
- Complete ownership over our outbound strategy
A typical week:
- Analyze campaign data to spot what's working
- Write and test new message sequences
- Build Zapier flows to automatically enrich and score new leads
- Scale up what works and document the process
Your responsibilities:
- Lead the creation and execution of our outbound strategy
- Design and implement multi-channel outbound campaigns & copywriting
- Build and maintain our growth tech stack
- Develop automation workflows to save time
- Analyze campaign performance to continuously optimize results
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of all growth processes and workflows
- Collaborate closely with the Sales team
- Manage and optimize company LinkedIn profiles
