Founding Engineer (Full-Stack + AI Integration) – Future CTO Track

We are supporting the launch of a new purpose-driven start-up in the fashion & lifestyle space, with a strong focus on accessibility and user-centered design.

We are looking for our first technical hire — someone who can build, integrate, experiment, and grow with us. This role is hands-on and has a clear CTO trajectory as the company scales.

🚀 What You Will Do

• Web Development & Platform Ownership:
  Develop and maintain the e-commerce website (front-end + back-end);
  Improve UX, performance, and reliability;
  Implement secure payment systems and workflows;
  Manage hosting, deployments, and basic DevOps tasks.

• AI Integration:
  Integrate external AI APIs (LLMs, recommendation engines, automation tools);
  Implement AI-driven features (e.g., product suggestions, chatbot support, dynamic content);
  Build internal tools to automate operations, customer service, and marketing.

• Start-Up “Builder” Responsibilities:
  Make key technical decisions (stack, architecture, tools);
  Collaborate closely with the founders;
  Build prototypes quickly and iterate fast;
  Prepare the company for future scaling.

👤 Who You Are

• A full-stack developer with solid experience in modern frameworks.
• Comfortable with AI/ML APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, API orchestration tools).
• Strong problem solver with a hands-on mindset.
• Someone who loves building products from scratch.
• Entrepreneurial, proactive, and excited about a future CTO role.
• Willing to relocate or work onsite eventually.

• Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, custom builds).
• UX/UI sensibility.
• Previous start-up experience.
