🎯 Mission Context
Within the Operations entity of the Information Systems Department, you will join the System and Middleware division, which is responsible for studying, implementing, and operating IT infrastructures. Integrated into the Messaging and Central Applications activity, you will join the expert team responsible for level 3 support for Exchange infrastructures to ensure the proper functioning of all Exchange services, Hybrid OnPremise and OnLine, associated security tools (AV, relays, etc.), and ensure the evolution of these systems.

⚙️ Mission Description
As part of your role, you will be responsible for:

• Guaranteeing the maintenance of operational conditions, performance, and security for all servers and services related to corporate messaging.
• Managing the engineering of deployed Exchange solutions (15,000 BAL), validating new configurations, and optimizing existing ones.
• Ensuring the implementation of automation for routine operations management as well as the development of the messaging-related Service catalog and its variations in the solutions provided by the Digital Workplace.
• Setting up performance measurements and metrics for the solutions, as well as management dashboards to ensure continuous improvement.
• Being in charge of the technical management of projects within your scope.
• Structuring and monitoring PCA/PRA tests.
• Participating in IT department on-call duty.

🎓 Profile

• A graduate with a Master's degree (Bac+5) in Computer Science from an engineering school or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in MS-Exchange expertise as well as in Microsoft environments.
• In-depth knowledge of EnterpriseVault technologies would be a plus.

💪 Required Skills:

• Interpersonal skills for teamwork.
• Intellectual curiosity and interest in new methodologies.
• Proficiency in automation tools (scripting, API, etc.).
• A good level of English is essential to carry out your duties.

📍 Location and Benefits:

• The position is mainly based in Paris-Orly with occasional travel to Paris-Charles de Gaulle.
