The Role 🔍
As a Data Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting and analyzing data from various sources. You will:
- Research customer issues and improve data quality
- Provide recommendations and feedback resulting from reviews of automated outputs
- Support the team by updating reports and coordinating investigations through our investigation platform
Responsibilities 📋
- Review and validate data to ensure it meets high standards of quality, accuracy, and reliability.
- Support continuous improvements in data quality, accuracy, and reliability through reviews and feedback/recommendations of various sources.
- Provide necessary reports to leaders or customer-facing team members.
- Track and monitor investigation results and collaborate with others to fully resolve data quality issues.
- Perform reviews of corporate hierarchies, researching data sources and updating records.
- Review, research, and remediate customer issues.
- Participate in multiple simultaneous initiatives specific to the area of responsibility, in support of global business objectives.
Skills 🛠️
- Proficient skills and experience in the use of MS Office Suite required, including Excel and Access. Experience with Power BI a plus.
- Around 1 year commercial experience.
- Ability to work independently, as well as in cross-functional teams across business and technology.
- Passionate and curious about data, with the ability to research and investigate data to drive fact-based decisions.
- Critical competencies: problem-solving/analysis, initiative, and communication skills (oral/written).
- Show an ownership mindset in everything you do; be a problem solver, be curious and be inspired to take action, be proactive, seek ways to collaborate and connect with people and teams in support of driving success.
- Continuous growth mindset, keep learning through social experiences and relationships with stakeholders, experts, colleagues, and mentors as well as widen and broaden your competencies through structural courses and programs.
- Fluent in English language
