To meet these challenges, we are recruiting a Data Analyst Intern for a 6-month internship starting in January 2025. Based in Barcelona, you will actively work on various data issues to help the team solve problems, be more efficient, and iterate faster with reliable data.
⚡️Your Future Missions:
- Improve the productivity of several business teams
- Automate the calculation of bonuses for our sales team of more than 400 people spread between France and Spain
- Automate certain tasks of the team by creating new innovative tools
- Set up alert systems to identify potential problems and anticipate market changes
- Create value through analytics
- Conduct ad hoc analyses to support decision-making and identify growth levers
- Conduct in-depth analyses on topics at the crossroads of Operations, Quality, and HR (recruitment, skills development, etc.)
- Produce ad hoc analyses and make proposals on operational changes to be made
- Ensure the reliability and accessibility of data
- Ensure the reliability of data from different sources
- Maintain and develop dashboards to make data accessible to the operations team
🔎 Profile:
- You come from an engineering/business school
- You are passionate about data and digital
- You are rigorous, resourceful, and independent
- You are comfortable with SQL, data processing, and visualization (Tableau, Data Studio, etc.)
- You have a good level of English
- You ideally have data science skills
