About the Role:
Join our team of dedicated consultants and play a pivotal role in guiding our clients through their Sellsy deployment journey. As a Sellsy Consultant, you'll be responsible for:

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the Head of Professional Services and the consulting team.
  • Assess and understand the technical requirements of our clients, including API connections, data imports, and report generation.
  • Foster strong client relationships by managing custom developments from feasibility studies and scoping to pricing, documentation, testing, and implementation.
  • Take ownership of straightforward development tasks using no-code tools like Make, handle data imports, generate reports, and coordinate with external developers when necessary.
  • Provide expert advice by analyzing and understanding client environments, including activities, culture, strategies, industries, stakeholders, software, and more.
  • Analyze client needs and structures, identifying opportunities for functional and technical solutions, as well as recommending personalized Sellsy account setups and adaptations.
  • Ensure successful Sellsy implementations that align with client requirements, expectations, and timelines.
  • Define and evaluate the financial aspects of services, determining project timelines, and managing project execution.

Qualifications:

  • Strong technical skills in software development, preferably with experience in no-code platforms like Make.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to analyze and understand complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Experience in project management and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, APIs, and data integration techniques.
