🌟 As an Experienced SuccessFactors Consultant, your missions will include: 🌟

You will be integrated into a multidisciplinary and multicultural project team, participating in the support of one of our clients in a dynamic sector (energy, aeronautics, telecommunications, media, environment, transport, luxury, public sector, banking, and insurance...).

🚀 You will be involved in one or more stages of a project: 🚀

• Participate in defining and steering the HR transformation plan for your client (Business Case, Target State, Roadmap, Enterprise & IT Organization).
• Operationally lead a team (develop the schedule, organize and monitor team member activities).
• Facilitate workshops with clients and gather business needs.
• Draft the specifications and general/functional requirements.
• Contribute to the various deployment phases of the solution.
• Support change management, ensure maintenance, and correct applications.
• Depending on your profile, you may also be involved in scoping, defining the master plan, and pre-sales phases.

✅ What you bring: ✅

• Significant experience of at least three years in implementing a SuccessFactors module: Employee Central, Performance Management, Recruiting, Compensation, Onboarding, People Analytics, Integration, SAP Cloud Platform.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel within France and internationally.
• A collaborative spirit and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical, synthesis, and listening abilities.
