Your Role:
As a BizOps Engineer Intern, you'll leverage your technical and project management skills to continuously optimize and automate processes, ensuring Joko operates at peak efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Process Design and Technical Implementation:

• Collaborate closely with various teams (Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Service, Account Management, Marketing, Finance, etc.) as a spearing partner.

• Gather feedback and needs from stakeholders, producing specifications accordingly.

• Determine the best approach to address requirements (third-party SaaS or in-house products).

• Implement features from A to Z, using no-code/low-code solutions, acting as a Product Manager, or coding as a Software Engineer.

• Negotiate contracts, configure, and coordinate third-party SaaS implementations, including technical integration into our existing stack.

• Project Management:

• Lead and coordinate strategic projects with multiple internal and external stakeholders to improve the company's operational and financial performance.

• You thrive in building and operating your own projects with autonomy, taking full ownership of strategic projects and process implementation.
• You're excited to expand your technical skills by tackling frontend and backend challenges in ambitious technical features/projects, transitioning between Product Manager and Software Engineer roles.
