What We're Looking For 🔎

We seek a talented Backend Software Engineer Manager to lead our team of backend developers. You'll design, develop, and maintain high-quality backend solutions to support our applications. Collaborate closely with front-end developers, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and compliance with security standards.

• Documentation: Write and maintain technical documentation to ensure clarity and transparency in development processes.

What You Need to Succeed 💪

• Backend Development Proficiency: Extensive hands-on experience in backend development using C# and .NET, adhering to software engineering principles and best practices.
• Team Collaboration: Strong ability to work in a team and communicate effectively in English, fostering collaboration and open communication among team members.
• Web Development Knowledge: Knowledge of web development best practices to ensure the delivery of high-quality backend solutions.
• RESTful Web Services Integration: Experience in integrating RESTful web services into backend systems to support seamless communication between components.
• Fintech Industry Experience (Preferred): Previous experience in the fintech industry is a plus, demonstrating familiarity with industry-specific requirements and standards.
