Job Description
As an IT Workstation Administrator, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Ensuring the maintenance and operational readiness of IT workstations
- Managing and evolving the Ivanti (Lan/VPN) fleet management solution
- Continuously updating workstation software components
- Receiving and testing new software versions
- Packaging and implementing deployment solutions
- Handling and resolving N2 requests and incidents
- Monitoring platforms and implementing maintenance updates
- Installing and executing a campaign of deliverable tests
- Updating security and operational patches
Technical Environment
- Windows 10-11, GPO workstation, scripting: Powershell - vbscript, Ivanti, Citrix, Active Directory
Required Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in maintaining the operational readiness of IT infrastructure
- Proficiency in receiving packages provided by the technical department and distributing software
- Strong understanding of workstation hardware architecture, products, and deliverables
Technical Skills
- Administration of IT infrastructure on Windows systems
- Automation using PowerShell and scripting using VBScript
- Contribution to the maintenance and evolution of IT security policies
- Deployment of solutions using Ivanti
- Resolution of N2 incidents
- Study of new solutions and testing
Soft Skills
