42dot's WMS Product Designer will be responsible for everything from design strategy to the final UX/UI that will be released to the world, in relation to the logistics hub. We design the UX/UI of all aspects of logistics movement, from the WMS App/web service to the integrated control of services through the connection with TMS.
Responsibilities 💼
- Design and product design of WMS and logistics service experience
- Web/mobile UX/UI design for frictionless experience for logistics stakeholders
- Design of a stable operation and scalable framework based on an understanding of the design system
- Collaborate with business, planners, software, hardware design build relationships for market launch
Qualifications 📝
- Minimum 8 years of product design experience (portfolio submission required)
- Those who have worked on product experience from proposal/design to QA and stabilization of operation from the beginning to the end
- Those who can review usability and propose design based on service strategy
- Those who can logically define problems and derive solutions based on various data
- Those who can design and prototype for quick verification
- Those who can build design guides and systems considering various service situations
- Those who can create efficient and attractive design components and graphic assets using design tools
- Those who enjoy constantly challenging themselves for the best solution
Preferred Qualifications ✨
- 0 to 1 experience in service design
- Web, app service design experience related to transportation platform
- Experience in service projects based on understanding of business such as D2C, B2C, B2B
- Design, HCI or equivalent professional experience
- Leadership and managing experience
Interview Process 📋
- Portfolio submission required
- Document screening - Video interview (within 1 hour) - Assignment screening - Face-to-face or video interview (within 3 hours) - Final pass
