At Swile Payment, in a resolutely digital environment, you will be a key person in the internal control system, driven by data and ensuring both regulatory compliance and operational resilience of our payment activity.

Your mission: to design, deploy, and continuously improve an automated permanent control system capable of detecting, measuring, and managing operational risks in near real-time. You will work with all Swile teams to strengthen the first line of defense and provide independent supervision as a second line.

🚀 Your Main Missions 🚀

• Identify significant risks in the main operational processes, in perfect collaboration with Swile teams.
• Design and maintain the risk-based permanent control plan, instrumented by data.
• Perform and automate second-level controls using queries, dashboards, and alert systems.
• Monitor incidents and action plans, ensuring traceability and effective closure.
• Contribute to regulatory reporting (Onegate, ACPR) and the annual internal control report.
• Support new product launches with a "risk & control by design" approach.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and automation of controls within the teams.
